There's a screened-in patio off the back where you can sit overlooking the water without worrying about Florida's bugs. The kitchen is fully stocked — pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, everything you'd expect in your own kitchen at home.
The neighborhood is tucked off the main roads. You're at the intersection of I-95, US-1, 295, and Southside Blvd — which means you can get anywhere in Jacksonville fast — but from inside the house, all you hear is birds and the occasional splash from the lake.
