“The kitchen was a lifesaver during our 3-week stay at Mayo. We could cook healthy meals instead of eating out every night. The lake view from the patio was the perfect way to decompress after long days at the clinic.”

“So much better than the hotel we booked the first week. More space, our own laundry, free parking, and it cost less. We wish we'd found this place sooner. The screened patio became our favorite spot.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful bnb! The neighbourhood is so peaceful and quiet which surprised us especially because of the convenient location near the mall and many restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our time there. We loved sitting on the screen porch, looking out over the water. Marilyn was very helpful, communicative and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!”

“The location is ideal — close enough to Mayo that we could pop home between appointments, but far enough away that it felt like a real neighborhood. The lake is beautiful and so peaceful.”

“Marilyn was the best host. We were in Jacksonville for my wife's kidney transplant, and needed a comfortable place for a month and Marilyn's place was very accommodating, and the space was very comfortable and conveniently located to all we needed. “Really enjoyed our time here. We arrived in the evening and immediately went out to the screened porch - ended up spending most of our time there just unwinding. Watched the ducks swimming around and even saw a couple turtles, which the kids thought was awesome. The house has a warm, cozy feel to it. You can tell the owners actually care about the place - everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Location made it easy to grab dinner nearby without driving far, but once you're back at the house it's nice and peaceful. Will definitely try to book again when we're back in Jacksonville.”
